太香了!蜂蜜西芹柠檬汁(Celery Juice recipe)
西芹打汁,加入蜜糖和柠檬汁,十分甜香可口,甜中又带有微酸,味道多层次。未加蜜糖前或可小尝一口,别吓着,它咸!怪不得说西芹汁高盐。平时煮汤、炒杂什,可不曾觉察。若非高盐,喝完一杯,还想再喝呢。
用料:
(2杯)
西芹 6大根
蜜糖 2汤匙
泰国青柠檬 1/2粒
Ingredients:

6 stalks of celery
2 tablespoon of honey
1/2 lime
步骤:
1. 西芹茎洗净切段,叶片保存冰箱可作他用。
2. 西芹用果汁机打成汁,与蜜糖拌匀,挤入柠檬汁。
Steps:
1. Wash the celery in clean water to remove any debris, chop the celery stalks into 1 inch pieces.
2. Place them in the blender, stir in honey and squeeze in the celery juice, blend well and ready to be served.
真的呀!我也要尝试打来喝。以前有段时期我经常用茜芹和红萍果搅来喝。茜芹的味道我就很爱。
