杯中天堂:清爽可口热带水果茶 Paradise in a Glass: Refreshing Tropical Fruits Tea
最近天气热坏了。在印度,太阳下就能烧热锅,煎熟一个荷包蛋。泰国多地,气温破40摄氏度。这样的天时,来一杯热带水果茶最合适。制好让它静置20分钟再享用,最是入味,喜欢冷饮的朋友,也可以冷藏哦。
用料:
水 1.7升
红茶 3x2克
菠萝蜜果肉 8个(撕成条状,4个切丁熬果汁,其余盛杯)
柠檬 1个(1/2挤汁,1/2切片盛杯&装饰)
冰糖 60克
百香果 2粒
红毛丹 6个(剥壳、去籽)
蜂蜜 1-2茶匙
绿薄荷 2-3茎叶
The weather has been extremely hot lately. In India, the sun can heat up a frying pan and cook an egg. In many parts of Thailand, the temperature has exceeded 40 degrees Celsius. On such days, a glass of tropical fruits tea is the perfect choice. Let it steep for about 20 minutes for the best flavor. For those who prefer cold drinks, you can also chill it in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
Water: 1.7 liters
Black tea: 3 x 2 grams
Jackfruit bulb: 8 pieces (torn into strips, 4 pieces diced for boiling juice, the rest for garnish)
Lemon: 1 piece (juice half, slice the other half for garnish)
Rock sugar: 60 grams
Passion fruit: 2 pieces
Rambutan: 6 pieces (removed the skin and deseeded)
Honey: 1-2 teaspoons (to taste)
Fresh mint: 2-3 sprigs

回复删除这杯水果茶教课上来得很及时呀!连假四天太酷热了!我也是煮冬瓜龙眼罗汉果茶,冷藏后在下午喝一杯马上灭熄我胸口热气。
呵呵,姐姐晒一晒,是不是感觉年轻了。我可是一出门就渴望冷气omg。
