熬一锅热腾香喷的鸡丝粥#食谱(Chicken Congee Recipe)

热腾腾,香喷喷,不添加味精,不需要酱油提味,也不必满头大汗,一脸油垢,就可以享用一份天然清甜的鸡丝粥。

This is a super healthy, easy-to-make, perfect meal for lunch or dinner. My hubby asked if it could be added to the rotation.



材料(2人份)

米 半杯
鸡胸肉 一块
蚝干 6个
芹菜 1根(或葱)
枸杞 50g
红萝卜 1根
姜 1块
麻油 4茶匙
海盐 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
开水 半锅

Serves 2

1/2 cup rice
1 chicken breast
6 dried oysters
1 stalk of celery (or green onion)
50g Goji berry
1 carrot
1 piece of ginger
4 tsp sesame oul
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 boiled water


方法

1. 姜和萝卜切成丝、枸杞和蚝干洗净备用。
2. 鸡胸肉切成4长条,用2茶匙麻油、1/4茶匙盐和胡椒粉腌制。
3. 米淘洗干净。
4. 1+3加上适量的水倒入电饭锅,煮滚。
5. 转去粥模式,熬煮两个钟头(如喜欢稠兮兮的,可熬更长时间)。
6. 熄火前十分钟左右,把鸡胸肉放入粥里煮熟取出。
7. 用叉子和汤匙把鸡肉分小,凉切后再用手撕成丝,加入2茶匙麻油,1/4茶匙盐和胡椒粉适量,拌匀。
8. 把半茶匙盐加入粥里搅拌,盛在碗里,铺上7,撒上切碎的芹菜和胡椒粉适量。食用时拌匀所有材料。


1. Peel and slice the ginger and carrots. Wash Goji berries and dried oysters.
2. Cut the chicken breast into 4 portions, marinated with 2 tsp of sesame oil, 1/4 tsp of sea salt and black pepper.
3. Rinse the rice.
4. Combine 1+3 with water and transfer to rice cooker, boil it.
5. Cook on congee mode for two hours.
6. About 10 minutes before cook time is done, put the chicken breast into slow cooker, cooked until heated through and transfer to a bowl.
7. Divide the chicken into slices. Add 2tsp of sesame oil, 1/4 tsp of sea salt and black pepper.
8. Season the congee with 1/2 tsp of sea salt. To serve, divide the chicken over top, garnish with celery, season with black pepper, if desired.
