朴素白面包食谱:超松软(烤牛油、咖椰吐司)White bread recipe : How to make a delicious kaya butter toast? Start from scratch
用料:
温水 240ml

橄榄油 1 1/2茶匙
奶粉 2茶匙
干酵母 1茶匙

1. 温水中加入酵母,拌匀后放置15分钟。
2. 面粉与奶粉混合,加入蛋液和步骤1酵母水,揉搓成面团。用揉面机反复揉捏约2分钟至面团表面光滑。盖上,放温暖地方发酵半小时。
3. 加入糖,揉搓1分钟至混合均匀。加入牛油和盐,再次揉搓1分钟。移至揉面垫,撒上少许粉,拍打揉搓捏捏捏,用擀面棍压平面团,卷起,结合处捏紧,做成面包型。小心移至面包模具里,盖上盖子,放温暖地方发酵约1小时半,或至模具8分满。
4. 预热烤箱190°C,烤45分钟。
5. 从模具中取出,放凉后切片(约2cm厚)。
6. 放入烤箱中,切面朝上,预热200°C烤5分钟,均匀涂上咖椰酱,抹上牛油,享用。

3. Add sugar then continue kneading for another minute. Add the butter and salt, knead again. Turn out on to a lightly floured surface and knock back (punch down). Knead again until smooth, flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Fold in half and seal the edges. Shape into a long loaf. Carefully transfer to a bread pan by turning the seam side down. Cover it and leave to rise for 1.5 hours or until 8/10 full of the pan.
4. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Bake for 45 minutes.
5. Remove the bread from the pan and transfer to a wire rack.
6. Leave to cool. Cut into 2cm-thick slices.

我二十年前乃单身的时候去小新找朋友,她带我去吃亚坤的炭烤面包,口感没有我想象吃的爽脆,咖啡还算不错喝。
回复删除每次我去西式甜品店吃烤面包加雪糕时我都会对孩子说这个容易做啊,回家做给你们吃,结果很多年都没在家吃过,哈哈。
你家的白面包烤得真美。
我吃过的那些倒是脆,只是对我来说太干了。吃过别家同类烤面包也是老字号,个人觉得更好吃,但是名字没有他响。
删除哈哈,那赶紧做,你的汉堡面包看起来餐厅水平,做白面包原来也可以很有满足感哦。
